This page explains the customer-service process for delivery, cancellations and product issues.
Delivery
Salah Perfumes delivers all around Lebanon.
- Beirut: same-day delivery — $4
- Outside Beirut: 2–3 business days — $6
Delivery fees and timing are confirmed at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number when placing your order, as this is required for the courier to complete delivery.
Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact Salah Perfumes as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +961 3 649 912 with your order number. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been prepared or handed to the courier — once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
Wrong, damaged or defective product
If you receive the wrong item, or a product that arrived damaged or defective, contact Salah Perfumes within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +961 3 649 912 with your order number and photos of the issue, so it can be reviewed and resolved.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Salah Perfumes does not offer refunds or exchanges on any order once it has been placed and confirmed — this includes change of mind, incorrect scent selection, or ordering the wrong size. Please review your order carefully (fragrance, size, and quantity) before completing checkout. This policy does not apply to wrong, damaged, or defective items — see the section above.
Craft Your Own
Craft Your Own fragrances are custom-blended to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed, in line with the returns policy above.
